What are your COVID safe cleaning procedures?
The health and wellbeing of our staff and clients is paramount. As such, Cairns Boutique Cleaning strictly adheres to Government legislation and guidelines. For your peace of mind please see our COVID safe cleaning procedures.
How can I be sure my property will be secure?
Over two decades of experience has taught us that the safest option is for us to have secure access to your home. This may include having a duplicate copy of your keys, gate codes or access devices. This negates the need to leave these items unsecured whilst ensuring your home stays secure. Additionally, all staff undergo national police and safety background checks so you can have peace of mind knowing your property is in safe hands.
What is your hourly rate?
Rather than estimating how many hours a clean will take then quoting based on that, Cairns Boutique Cleaning has learnt over the years that a price per job quote tailored to your individual needs, ensures both you and our staff have clear expectations of the work required. You can feel secure knowing that your requirements will be met in full and our staff feel secure knowing they are working to plan, not a timeframe.
How does a quote for service work?
We personalise our service to meet your individual needs therefore we take the time to meet with you at your home. We explain how our process works, answering any questions you may have.
What products do you use?
We are acutely aware of the effect chemical cleaners have on our bodies and our environment and predominantly use ENJO combined with environmentally friendly cleaning products for all maintenance services. ENJO microfiber technology efficiently cleans your home of bacteria and contaminates without the use of harsh chemicals. This is better for you and your family’s health and of course the environment. Should we need to use heavier duty cleaners, we always aim to use the most environmentally friendly products possible, focusing on alkaline based over caustic cleaners, wherever possible.
Do I have to supply anything?
Short answer to this is no. Cairns Boutique Cleaning supplies everything required to clean your home. I should also point out; OHS protocol also prevents us from using client equipment for insurance purposes.
How do you treat mould?
We carry a product that kills the mould and its spores on the surface eliminating the continued need to use mould killing products on an ongoing basis. Combining this with ENJO, we keep mould well and truly in check. There are of course always exceptions. If the mould has taken hold, it can actually penetrate the grout and silicone permanently. In this replacement is the only cure!
What are your payment options?
We accept cash, direct transfer or credit card payments +2.5%.
